Commercial Contracts
AQUIS will negotiate, draft and review all forms of commercial agreements with your customers, clients, vendors and suppliers. AQUIS understands that there is inherent risk in every transaction, but seeks to minimize that risk to protect your interests while helping you achieve your business objectives. We can also help you develop standard form template agreements to improve efficiency and speed of transaction. Typical agreements include master service agreements, letters of intent, supply contracts, subcontracting agreements, manufacturing agreements, licenses and non-disclosure agreements.
HR / Labor & Employment
We understand that the people are integral to any business. AQUIS has deep experience in the various disciplines of Human Resources, from hire to retire. We can assist you in navigating the complexities of an ever-evolving workforce and new laws, and provide immediate counseling on all forms of labor and employment matters.
